At Crochet by Marguiz, every piece is handmade with love. If you’re not fully happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns:

• Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.

• Non-returnable: Custom orders, sale items.

• Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and check your item.

• Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items.

• Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item was wrong or defective.
